They do not govern construction work. Any project we carry out is covered by a separate written agreement between you and ADU Builder Bountiful, which sets out scope, price, schedule, payment terms and everything else specific to that job. Where those two documents differ, the project agreement governs the work.

Submitting the contact form does not create a contract and does not oblige either party to proceed. Any figure we discuss before a site visit is an indication only. A binding price exists only in a written estimate or agreement issued after we have assessed the property.
